目的:分析研究模拟医护合作在护理教学当中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2012年大专护生一共有120例,随机分为研究组、对照组,对照组对病人采取护理教师独立教学法,研究组采取模拟医护合作教学法,对两组的教学效果给予对比分析。结果:研究组护生的操作成绩明显要比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组护生的独立工作能力以及病情观察能力明显要比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:模拟医护合作教学法不但可以使护生观察能力、团队合作意识以及操作能力明显提高,同时对教师教学水平起到良好的促进作用。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of simulated medical cooperation in nursing teaching. Methods: A total of 120 college nursing students were enrolled in 2012. They were randomly divided into study group, control group and control group. The independent nursing teaching method was adopted for the patients, while the study group was given the mock nursing cooperative teaching method. The teaching effects of the two groups were compared analysis. Results: The results of nursing students in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The ability of working independently and the ability to observe illness in study group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The simulated medical cooperative teaching method can not only improve the observing ability, teamwork awareness and operational ability of nursing students, but also promote the teaching level of teachers.
