案例教学法是通过对典型案例的分析进行教学的方法。它通过组织学生讨论分析一系列具有典型意义的案例,针对案例提出解决问题的方案,使学生掌握有关的专业知识理论和实践技能。值得引起重视的是,在法学教学中一些教师在采用案例教学法时,仍然采取由教师板书、讲解和总结的唱“独角戏”式的单边教学模式,这就难以取得预期的教学效果。为了培养学生解决实际法律问题的能力,应当在选择案例、课堂分组、案例讨论和评比总结等各个环节都坚持由教师与学生共同参与的“双边互动模式”。
Case teaching method is through the analysis of typical cases of teaching methods. It organizes student discussion to analyze a series of typical cases, proposes a solution to the problem for the case, and enables students to acquire the relevant professional knowledge theory and practical skills. It is worth noting that in the teaching of law, some teachers still adopt the unilateral teaching mode of “single-angle play” which is written and explained by teachers and summed up in the case teaching method, which makes it difficult to achieve the expected teaching effect . In order to cultivate students’ abilities to solve practical legal problems, we should adhere to the “bilateral interaction model” in which teachers and students should participate in the selection of cases, class divisions, case discussions, and summarization of assessment.
