The 93Nb (n, 2n) 92Nbg reaction cross section AMS absolute measurement method based on the HI-13 tandem accelerator has been established. Measurement sensitivity (blank sample background) up to 9 × 10-11. However, the content of 92Nbg in the irradiated sample is too low, and the method of absolute measurement has larger error. As 94Nb is very similar in sample preparation, measurement method and optical path debugging, measuring the systematic error of 94Nb by AMS to simulate the systematic error of 92Nbg is an effective way to solve the relative measurement of 92Nbg.
