目的探讨人结膜吸吮线虫病的基因鉴定及其感染途径。方法采集新发现的1例患者的病史资料,对取自患者眼睛的虫体进行形态学观察,设计针对结膜吸吮线虫特异的Cox1基因引物进行PCR扩增,结合文献复习对病例的感染途径进行讨论分析。结果临床资料及虫体的形态学观察诊断患者为双眼结膜吸吮线虫重度感染,经Cox1基因鉴定进一步明确诊断。感染途径分析结果表明,患者的一只眼睛存在被接触感染的可能性。结论人结膜吸吮线虫病可以根据病史及虫体的形态学进行诊断,Cox1基因鉴定对于虫种鉴定及流行病学分析有一定意义。其感染途径不能排除直接接触感染的可能性。
Objective To investigate the gene identification of human conjunctival sucking nematode and its infection. Methods One case of newly diagnosed patients was collected. Morphological observation was performed on the parasites taken from the eyes of the patients. The Cox1 gene primers specific for the conjunctival sucking worms were designed for PCR amplification, and the literature review was used to discuss the way of infection of the cases analysis. Results Clinical data and morphological observation of parasites Diagnosis of patients with binocular conjunctival suction nematode infection, Cox1 gene identification to further confirm the diagnosis. Analysis of the route of infection shows that there is a possibility of contact infection in one eye of a patient. Conclusion The human conjunctival sucking nematode disease can be diagnosed according to the history and morphology of the worms. The identification of Cox1 gene has certain significance for identification and epidemiological analysis of the worms. The route of infection can not rule out the possibility of direct contact with the infection.
