某科学实验中心高精度恒温室工艺要求空气长期稳定,每900 s内温度波动不能超过0.2℃。由于恒温室的特殊性,空调系统采用大温差小风量送风系统且室内外扰量多。本文首先求解了恒温室室温波动量表达式及其与各扰量之间的关系;而后采用CFD数值模拟的方法,分析在单扰量作用下恒温室温度动态响应特性,并确定各扰量的控制范围。
