Japanese large eared rabbit cecal ligation and perforation (CLP) caused by abdominal infection caused by multiple organ dysfunction in animal models, and then the application of the Swedish company PERIMED’s new 4001 dual-channel laser Doppler flow dynamic determination of high dose of anisodamine and Dexamethasone, the release of the ear and thigh muscle microcirculation changes. The results showed that the perfusion amount of microcirculation and the number of red blood cells moving in microcirculation and the microcirculation perfusion in rabbit thigh and the number of red blood cells moving in microcirculation were significantly increased after administration. The results show that intravenous injection of high-dose anisodamine and dexamethasone can significantly improve rabbit perfusion of microcirculation in multiple organ dysfunction.
