分析了切换式蓄热燃烧系统的优点与不足,开发了可连续燃烧的自蓄热高温空气燃烧器。燃烧器采用陶瓷-金属蜂窝蓄热体以及蓄热燃烧专用高温切换阀技术,可以实现高温烟气余热的“极限稳定回收”以及高温贫氧空气的“连续燃烧”。
The advantages and disadvantages of the switched recuperative combustion system are analyzed. A self-recuperative high temperature air combustor with continuous combustion is developed. The burner adopts ceramic-metal honeycomb regenerator and high-temperature switching valve technology for regenerative combustion to realize “stable recovery” of high-temperature flue gas waste heat and “continuous combustion” of high-temperature oxygen-depleted air.
