西洋参(PanaxquinquefoliumLinn)简称洋参,系五加科植物。属于名贵的滋补药材,现已查明西洋参含有多种生理活性物质,其中人参皂甙是西洋参中重要的活性成分,因此人参皂甙含量的高低是评价西洋参内在质量的重要指标。本试验应用CS—930型双波长薄层扫描仪,对产地相同而生长年限不同的西洋参中的人参皂甙的含量进行了测定,结果表明:西洋参中人参皂甙的含量随着参龄的增长而增加。
American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium Linn) is referred to as ginseng, which is an Araliaceae plant. As a valuable tonic, it has been found that American ginseng contains a variety of physiologically active substances, of which ginseng saponin is an important active ingredient in American ginseng, so the level of ginsenosides is an important indicator for evaluating the intrinsic quality of American ginseng. In this experiment, the CS-930 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanner was used to determine the content of ginsenosides in American ginseng with the same origin but different growth periods. The results showed that the content of ginsenosides in American ginseng increased with the age of the ginseng. .
