矿物掺和料被广泛用于水泥砂浆的制备,但由于其成份、粒度、比表面等因素,致使矿物掺和料对水泥砂浆性能的改善产生一定差异。如何筛选出使水泥砂浆性能达到最佳的矿物掺和料是制备高性能水泥砂浆的重要考虑因素。本文选取粉煤灰、钢渣、矿渣、煤渣、偏高岭土5种物质作为水泥砂浆矿物掺和料,通过对其水胶比、保水率、凝结时间、抗压强度、收缩率等性能进行综合对比筛选,并采取扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)对其水化产物形貌进行微观表征。结果表明:钢渣与矿渣更适合作为砂浆矿物掺和料,当其掺量分别为30%和40%,对砂浆改性效果较佳。
Mineral admixtures are widely used in the preparation of cement mortar, but due to its composition, particle size, specific surface and other factors, resulting in mineral admixtures have some differences on the performance of cement mortar. How to filter out the best performance of cement mortar mineral admixture is an important consideration for the preparation of high performance cement mortar. In this paper, five kinds of materials, fly ash, steel slag, slag, coal cinder and metakaolin as mineral admixtures, were selected and screened comprehensively by their water-cement ratio, water retention, setting time, compressive strength and shrinkage The morphology of hydration products was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results show that steel slag and slag are more suitable as mortar and mineral admixture. When the content is 30% and 40% respectively, the modification effect on mortar is better.
