小专题研究是以教师在教学过程中遇到的具体问题为研究对象,通过自主研究及同伴互助,在较短时间内找到解决问题的方法和途径,使问题得到有效解决的一种实践性研究活动。小专题研究体现的是问题解决式的校本研修思想,遵循的基本原则是“问题来自于课堂,研究进行在课堂,答案找寻在课堂,成果运用在课堂”。小专题研究引领教师专业成长。 The research on small topics is based on the specific problems encountered by teachers in the process of teaching as the research object.
