Tumor factor (T) is the most important factor determining whether liver cancer (HCC) can be removed and estimated. T includes tumor size, intrahepatic metastasis (IM) and vascular invasion, including portal vein (Vp) and hepatic vein ( Vv). This article prospectively studied the CT MR, US evaluation of these aspects to clarify the significance of these tests. All 51 cases were confirmed by pathology. There were 37 males and 14 females, 45 to 77 years old (mean 61 years old). The US examined 46 cases and all used a 3.5MHz convex or line array probe. CT examination of 50 cases, continuous scan with a thickness of 1cm, injection of 61.2% iodine contrast agent 100ml line dynamic bed scanning, 6 minute delay check. MR examination of 44 cases with multi-layer and multi-echo techniques
