目的 比较扩展高胰岛素 正葡萄糖钳夹技术中两种示踪剂 6 ,6 D2 葡萄糖和 3 3 H标记葡萄糖在评估糖代谢方面是否存在差异。方法 将 2 0只正常大鼠随机分为两组 ,分别运用 6 ,6 D2 葡萄糖和 3 3 H标记葡萄糖作为示踪剂进行扩展高胰岛素 正葡萄糖钳夹技术研究 ,观测胰岛素介导的外源性葡萄糖输注率 (GIR)、葡萄糖利用率 (GRd)及肝糖输出率 (HGP)是否存在差异。结果 扩展高胰岛素 正葡萄糖钳夹实验中 ,两组大鼠的血糖、血浆胰岛素及游离脂肪酸 (FFA)水平无明显差异 ,糖代谢指标GIRGRd ,HGP亦无明显差异。结论 葡萄糖钳夹技术中两种示踪剂在评估糖代谢方面效果一致 ,但 6 ,6 D2 葡萄糖具有无放射性污染的优点。
Objective To compare whether there is any difference in assessing glucose metabolism between the two tracer 6, 6 D2 glucose and 3 3 H labeled glucose in the extended insulin positive glucose clamp technique. Methods Twenty normal rats were randomly divided into two groups. The rats were divided into two groups by using 6, 6 D2 glucose and 3 3 H labeled glucose as tracer respectively. The insulin-mediated exogenous Glucose infusion rate (GIR), glucose utilization (GRd) and hepatic glucose output rate (HGP) is there any difference. Results In the experiment of hyperinsulinemic positive glucose clamp, there was no significant difference in blood glucose, plasma insulin and free fatty acid (FFA) between the two groups. There was no significant difference in glucose metabolism index GIRGRd and HGP. Conclusions The two tracers in glucose clamp technique are equally effective in assessing glucose metabolism, but 6, 6 D2 glucose has the advantage of no radioactive contamination.
