巴贝西虫病(Babesiosis)为寄生于牛、羊、猪、马、狗等动物的一种原虫病。本病在动物界广泛流行,经蜱传播。患病动物表现为发热、黄疸和贫血。1957年Skrabalo等首次报告人类巴贝西虫病(Human Babesiosis)。近来欧洲、美国、墨西哥及法国等地的成人中也相继发现本病,并发生死亡。病例报告:48岁男性,渔民。1967年8月29日自觉不适,发现尿如血染,次日出现恶心、呕吐及黄疸。8月31日病情加重,黄疸加深而入院。体温103(?),巩膜明显充血。血红蛋白(Hb)7.2g/dl,WBC11,100,中性粒细胞增多。血标本有溶血现象。拟诊为“Weil’s病”,9月2日病人因无尿而转入肾病单位。
Babesiosis is a protozoal parasitic on animals such as cattle, sheep, pigs, horses and dogs. The disease is widely prevalent in the animal kingdom and is transmitted by ticks. To be diagnosed as “Weil’s disease”, September 2 patients were transferred to nephrology due to anuria.
