目的了解武汉市洪山区流动儿童生长发育状况,为促进流动儿童体格发育提供科学依据。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取武汉市洪山区两所小学9~12岁学生,收集752名流动儿童的体质监测资料,对生长发育水平进行分析并与全国体质调研数据进行比较。结果各年龄组流动儿童身高均低于全国同龄儿童的均值,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);男童9岁组、10岁组和女童9岁组的体重均低于相应组别,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消瘦检出率男童高于全国城乡水平,而女童低于全国城乡水平;超重及肥胖检出率男童与全国城市水平接近,女童高于全国城市水平。男童的消瘦、超重及肥胖的检出率与女童相比均较高,11岁年龄组性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论城市流动儿童生长发育水平低于全国城乡儿童均值,流动男童营养不良的状况与女童相比更为严重。
Objective To understand the growth and development of floating children in Hongshan District of Wuhan City and provide a scientific basis for promoting the physical development of floating children. Methods A total of 752 floating children were collected from 9-12-year-olds in two primary schools in Hongshan District of Wuhan City by cluster sampling method. Their growth and development levels were analyzed and compared with those of the national physical survey. Results The average height of floating children in all age groups was lower than that of national children of the same age with statistical significance (P <0.05). The boys’ weight at 9, 10 and 9 years old was lower than that of corresponding groups , The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The detection rate of wasting boys is higher than the national level of urban and rural areas, while that of girls in China is lower than that of the whole country. The detection rate of overweight and obesity is similar to that of boys in the country and that of girls in the country. The prevalence rate of emaciation, overweight and obesity in boys was higher than that in girls, and the gender difference in 11-year-old group was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The growth and development level of urban migrant children is lower than the average urban and rural children in the country. The malnourished mobility of migrant boys is even more serious than that of girls.
