“数字视音频编解码技术标准化工作组”6月21日宣布成立。该工作组由信息产业部科学技术司设立,工作组借鉴国际 MPEG(MovingPicture Experts Group)的工作方式,负责我国数字音视频等媒体的压缩,解压缩、处理和表示等编解码技术标准的制定工作。工作成果将作为行业标准发布,并将参与制订、影响相关的国际标准,形成我国掌握主动权的数字音视频标准体系。目前在信息家电领域,国外主要有三个标准:一是以 SONY 为首的日欧8家 IT 企业联合推出的面向家庭 “Digital Video and Audio Coding Standardization Technical Working Group” was announced on June 21.
