利用View Cast数值模拟软件对齿轮重力铸造凝固过程进行分析,对齿轮在凝固过程中可能出现的缩松、缩孔等缺陷进行预测,从而制定出工艺优化方案。研究结果表明,在齿轮的轮缘处加冒口,同时在轮缘侧面及幅板上加冷铁,可以达到消除和控制缺陷的目的,最终确定合理的铸造工艺方案。
View Cast numerical simulation software was used to analyze the solidification process of gear gravity casting. The defects such as shrinkage and shrinkage which may appear during the solidification of the gear were predicted, and the process optimization scheme was worked out. The results show that the addition of riser at the rim of the gear and the addition of chilled iron on the side of the rim and the web can achieve the goal of eliminating and controlling the defects and finally determine a reasonable casting process scheme.
