研究了一种直接注入(DI)型64×64元InSb焦面探测器的电流辅助注入(CADI)工作方式,对CADI注入方式进行了分析,并同DI方式进行了比较。经研究发现:将两种注入方式结合使用,可以发挥各自的特长,弥补彼此的不足,从而提高现有焦面探测器的性能。最后,对两种注入方式结合使用的情况作了一些讨论。
A direct injection (DI) 64 × 64 InSb focal plane detector current assisted injection (CADI) work mode, the CADI injection mode was analyzed and compared with the DI mode. The study found that: the two injection methods used in combination, can play their own strengths, make up for each other’s deficiencies, thereby enhancing the performance of the existing focal plane detector. Finally, some discussions are made on the combination of two injection methods.
