中国正在进行的医疗保险改革，目的很明确：既要让人看得起病，又要控制医疗不必要的支出。这样一个二难选择，让医疗保险成为一项到目前为止还不是很讨好改革。一切都在摸索中，因为，这是一道世界性的难题。
The ongoing reform of health insurance in China is aimed at making it clear that we must both make people feel sick and control unnecessary medical expenses. Such a dilemma, making Medicare a hitherto not yet very pleasing reform. Everything is groping because this is a worldwide problem.
