根据起重机力矩限制器的研究现状和发展趋势,给出了一种基于自制的工程机械专用控制器的力矩限制器解决方案。并详细介绍了力矩限制器的硬件组成、理论模型以及相应的软件实现方法,并对理论模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型的正确性,证明了该力矩限制器系统的实用性和可靠性。
According to the research status and development trend of crane torque limiter, a solution of torque limiter based on self-made construction machinery controller is given. The hardware composition, theoretical model and the corresponding software implementation method of the torque limiter are introduced in detail. The theoretical model is also verified. The results show that the model is correct and the practicability and reliability of the torque limiter system are proved.
