目的观察铅、硒对大鼠学习记忆的影响,研究硒对铅致大鼠学习记忆损害的拮抗作用。方法断乳后SPF级雄性Wistar大鼠,通过氯化铅及有机硒单独及联合作用分为对照组、单独染铅组、单独加硒组、先铅后硒组、先硒后铅组和铅硒同时组,干预6周后,用Morris水迷宫评估大鼠学习记忆情况。结果与对照组相比,单独染铅组大鼠的潜伏期显著增长,穿越原平台次数、原平台象限游程比率及时间比率明显减少,初始角明显增大(P<0.05);与单独染铅组相比,各铅硒联合组大鼠的潜伏期显著缩短,原平台象限游程比率及时间比率明显增加,初始角明显减小(P<0.05);不同铅硒联合组之间的各检测指标比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论铅可损伤大鼠学习记忆能力,硒对铅致大鼠学习记忆损害具有拮抗作用。
Objective To observe the effects of lead and selenium on learning and memory in rats and to study the antagonistic effects of selenium on learning and memory impairment induced by lead in rats. Methods SPF male Wistar rats after weaning were divided into control group by lead chloride and organic selenium alone and in combination. Lead alone, selenium alone, selenium after lead, lead before selenium and lead Simultaneous selenium group, after 6 weeks of intervention, learning and memory of rats were evaluated by Morris water maze. Results Compared with the control group, the incubation period of rats exposed to lead alone significantly increased. The number of crossing the original platform, the original platform quadrant runout ratio and the time ratio were significantly decreased, while the initial angle was significantly increased (P <0.05) Compared with the control group, the incubation period of the lead-selenium combined group was significantly shortened, the run-up ratio and the time ratio of the original platform quadrant increased significantly, and the initial angle was significantly decreased (P <0.05) No significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Lead can impair the learning and memory abilities of rats, and selenium has an antagonistic effect on the learning and memory impairment induced by lead in rats.
