马连洼街道地处北京市海淀区两北部,占地8.5平方公里,常住人口6.66万人,辖区内有5个物业小区,小区内业主与物业公司的纠纷时有发生,业主把问题反映到居委会,因居委会和物业公司是两个部门,问题解决起来存在一定难度。要解决好物业公司与小区业主问题,我们认为,关键是使物业公司与社区居委会联起手水,只有将物业管理纳入社区居行会工作当中,二者融为一休,才能同心协力为社区居民办好事,办实事。
