目的评价海南绞股蓝乙醇提取物对实验小鼠的降血糖效果。方法用四氧嘧啶诱发高血糖小鼠模型,观察提取物对高血糖小鼠的降血糖效果:然后考察提取物对葡萄糖引致的小鼠血搪升高及对正常小鼠血搪水平的影响。结果四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖模型小鼠的血糖水平平均为(19.45±2.60)/mmol.L-1,海南绞股蓝乙醇提取物的3个剂量组均能显著降低此模型小鼠的血糖水平分别至(16.60±2.76)/mmol.L-1,(15.21±2.46)/mmol.L-1和(13.05±1.88)/mmol.L-1。海南绞股蓝乙醇提取物还能明显抑制葡萄糖引致的小鼠血糖的升高,但对正常小鼠血糖无明显影响。结论海南绞股蓝乙醇提取物具有明显的降血糖作用,但不影响正常小鼠的血糖水平。
Objective To evaluate the hypoglycemic effect of ethanol extract of Gynostemma pentaphyllum in experimental mice. Methods Alloxan-induced hyperglycemia mice model was observed and the hypoglycemic effect of the extract on hyperglycemic mice was observed: then the effect of the extract on glucose-induced hyperglycemia in mice and the level of blood serum in normal mice were investigated. Results Alloxan-induced hyperglycemia mice average blood glucose levels (19.45 ± 2.60) /mmol.L-1, Hainan gynostemma ethanol extract of the three dose groups were significantly lower in this model of mice blood glucose levels were To (16.60 ± 2.76) / mmol.L-1, (15.21 ± 2.46) / mmol.L-1 and (13.05 ± 1.88) / mmol.L-1. Hainan Gynostemma ethanol extract can significantly inhibit the glucose-induced increase in blood glucose, but no significant effect on normal mice blood glucose. Conclusion Hainan gypenosides alcohol extract has obvious hypoglycemic effect, but does not affect the normal mice blood glucose levels.
