本文应用交叉免疫电泳方法研究离体全血和尸血补体第三成分(C3)的裂解率与死后时间的关系。将离体全血孵育于不同温度与时间,观察到温度越高、时间越长,C3裂解速度越快。死亡时间与尸血C3裂解率呈正相关关系,其推断死亡时间95%可信区间为死亡时间±12h。若同时考虑尸体直肠温度,推断死亡时间95%可信区间为死亡时间±6h。说明,根据C3裂解率可较准确地推断死亡时间。
In this paper, the relationship between lysis rate and post-mortem time of the third component (C3) of isolated whole blood and cadaver blood complement was studied by the method of cross-immunoelectrophoresis. Exogenous whole blood was incubated at different temperatures and times, the higher the temperature, the longer the time, the faster the C3 lysis. The time of death was positively correlated with the rate of C3 cleavage in the corpse, and the 95% confidence interval of the deduced death time was ± 12 hours of death. If we consider the rectal temperature of the corpse at the same time, the 95% confidence interval of inferred death time is ± 6 hours of death. That, according to the C3 cracking rate can be more accurately infer the time of death.
