500千伏平武输变电工程姚孟变电站主母线采用了法国进口的铝合金管。根据其铝管的焊接特点和要求提出了采用脉冲熔化极半自动氩弧焊的方案。通过工程实用证明,为避免焊接过程中焊缝金属的氧化和产生气孔,采用惰性气体保护焊接铝合金管较为理想。这种焊接方法具有:可以用较低的平均电流获得稳定的电弧燃烧过程;有利于全位置焊接;可以有效地控制热输入量,获得可靠的优质焊接接头等许多特点。
500 kV Pingwu power transmission project Yao Meng substation main bus adopts the French imports of aluminum alloy tube. According to its aluminum pipe welding characteristics and requirements of the proposed pulse melting semi-automatic argon arc welding program. Practical engineering proved that, in order to avoid the welding process of weld metal oxidation and porosity, the use of inert gas to protect the welded aluminum alloy tube is more ideal. This method of welding has the advantages of a stable arc burning process with a lower average current, full position welding, a number of features such as effective control of heat input, and reliable, high quality welded joints.
