目的探讨微型种植体支抗在口腔正畸治疗中的临床应用价值。方法收集焦作市第四人民医院2013年12月至2015年12月期间行口腔正畸治疗的140例口腔畸形患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案的不同将140例患者分为观察组(n=70)和对照组(n=70),对照组采用常规非种植体强支抗,观察组采用微型种植体支抗,对比两组患者治疗后上中切牙唇倾角差减少量、上中切牙凸距差减少量、磨牙位移距离等指标,并行统计学对比。结果经治疗两组患者均取得了确切的治疗效果,观察组患者中切牙唇倾角差减少量(23.8±4.1)°,上中切牙凸距差减少量(4.8±1.3)°,明显多于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);磨牙位移距离(3.7±0.4)mm,明显短于对照组,差异亦存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗固定效果确切,副损伤小,能够有效改善患者口腔畸形,是口腔正畸治疗的理想方案。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment. Methods The clinical data of 140 cases of oral malformations who underwent oral orthodontic treatment from December 2013 to December 2015 in Jiaozuo Fourth People’s Hospital were collected. 140 patients were divided into observation group (n = 70) ) And control group (n = 70). The control group was treated with conventional non-implanted implants. The observation group was treated with mini-implant anchorage. The reduction of upper and lower incisors’ Convex distance difference reduction, molars displacement distance and other indicators, parallel statistical comparison. Results The exact therapeutic effect was obtained in both groups. The decrease of lip angle difference between the incisors in the observation group and the control group was 23.8 ± 4.1 ° and 4.8 ± 1.3 °, respectively There was a significant difference in the control group (P <0.05). The displacement of the molar was (3.7 ± 0.4) mm, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro implants have definite anchoring effect and small secondary injury, which can effectively improve oral malformations in patients. It is an ideal solution for oral orthodontic treatment.
