今年6月3日德国ICE高速列车在埃舍德小镇附近发生脱轨事故,造成百人死亡,几十人受伤的恶果,引起世界铁路业的震惊。 高速铁路是铁路业面对运输市场推出的极具竞争力的服务项目,以其快速高效、安全可靠而被许多国家看好。自1964年日本第一条高速铁路投入运营以来,其明显的经济和社会效益推动高速铁路不断掀起高潮。时至今日,高速铁路仍然是许多国家振兴铁路客运的主旋律。 据我们所掌握的材料,30多年来有关高速铁路的事故报道屈指可数,但由于这是寄于“铁路们”厚望的事业,所谓前车之辙,后车之鉴,我们还是认真编发了何绍圻同志的文章,以期引起注意。
