责任教育,即通过各种教育途径和手段,培养学生树立强烈的责任感,并由此引发学生的责任行为,让学生成为有担当、肯担当、能担当的社会人。为了很好地实施责任教育,我校构建了责任教育的长效机制。它由四个子系统构成的:一是以目标为中心的引动系统;二是以环境为支撑的驱动系统;三是以活动为枢纽的运作系统;四是以管理为保障的调控系统。具体运作模式见下图。
