采用X射线衍射和电子背散射衍射研究了第二相析出对冷轧AA3003铝合金再结晶织构的影响.当退火温度为783 K时,由于退火温度高,AA3003合金再结晶织构不明显.而在相同退火条件下,在添加了0.39%钪的AA3003合金中发现了强烈的P{011}〈111〉织构.采用EBSD分析再结晶初期的合金,发现2种合金的再结晶形核均无明显择优取向.第二相颗粒析出先于或与再结晶同时发生时,会显著阻碍除P取向晶核之外的再结晶晶核的长大,导致P取向的再结晶晶核长大速度明显快于其他取向的晶核.因此,在并发沉淀析出影响的AA3003合金中形成了强烈的P{011}〈111〉再结晶织构.
The effect of second phase precipitation on the recrystallization texture of cold rolled AA3003 aluminum alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction and electron backscatter diffraction. The recrystallization texture of AA3003 alloy was not obvious at annealing temperature of 783 K due to the high annealing temperature. In the same annealing conditions, strong P {011} <111> texture was found in AA3003 alloy with addition of 0.39% scandium.The recrystallization nucleation of the two alloys was found by EBSD No obvious preferential orientation.The second phase particles precipitated prior to or coincident with recrystallization, it will significantly hinder the growth of recrystallized nuclei except P-oriented nuclei, resulting in P-oriented recrystallized nuclei growth rate Obviously faster than those of other oriented nuclei.Hence, a strong P {011} <111> recrystallization texture was formed in the AA3003 alloy with the effect of concurrent precipitation.
