目前在国内各大城市兴起了大型城市轨道交通项目的建设热潮,考虑到该类项目与一般的建设项目相比有其管理的特殊性,因此研究其投资控制的组织体系就显得尤为必要。本文提出了与一般工程项目不同的投资控制组织体系,即以子项自及功能分区相结合的方法进行投资分解,并在此基础上建立大型城市轨道交通项目投资控制的组织结构及职能分工。
At present, the construction cranes of large-scale urban rail transit projects have emerged in major cities in China. Considering the particularity of such projects compared with the general construction projects, it is necessary to study the organizational structure of investment control. This paper proposes a different investment control organization system than general project, that is, the investment is decomposed by the combination of sub-projects and functional subdivision. On this basis, the organizational structure and division of functions of investment control of large-scale urban rail transit project are established.
