为了研究酸雨侵蚀作用下机制砂混凝土的耐久性能,通过对比实验研究了机制砂混凝土和河砂混凝土在酸雨侵蚀下的碳化进程,比较了2种混凝土在普通环境和酸雨环境下的碳化深度,和机制砂砂浆、河砂砂浆在2种环境中的碳化规律进行了对比。实验结果表明:酸雨侵蚀对混凝土的外观质量造成不利影响;酸雨侵蚀条件下,机制砂混凝土的抗碳化性能随水胶比的降低而逐渐提高,且机制砂混凝土抗碳化性能优于同等级河砂混凝土;在酸雨侵蚀作用下混凝土的碳化深度较大,而砂浆的碳化深度较小。
In order to study the durability of mechanized sand concrete under the action of acid rain, the carbonation process of mechanized sand and river sand concrete under acid rain was studied through comparative experiments. The carbonation depths of the two kinds of concrete under normal and acid rain environments were compared with The comparison of the carbonation rules between sand mortar and sand mortar in two kinds of environments was carried out. The experimental results show that acid rain erodes negatively impact the appearance quality of concrete. Under the condition of acid rain erode, the carbonation resistance of machine-made sand gradually increases with the decrease of water-binder ratio, and the anti-carbonation of machine-made sand is better than that of sand Concrete; under the action of acid rain, the depth of carbonation of concrete is larger, while the depth of carbonization of mortar is smaller.
