武警初级指挥院校的教学过程作为一个系统,它的要素包括教学目的、教学内容、教学方法、教学条件和教学效果评估。因此教员要创造性地发挥教学过程诸要素的作用,加以科学组合,使之形成一个适合学员认知结构的方法体系,并要根据这一方法体系灵活地加以实施。
As a system, the teaching process of the junior command academy of the Armed Police Force includes its teaching purposes, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching conditions and evaluation of teaching effectiveness. Therefore, the teacher should creatively play the role of the various elements of the teaching process and make a scientific combination so as to form a method system suitable for the cognitive structure of the students and implement it flexibly according to this method system.
