作者采用扫描电镜和透射电镜分别对4、5、6、7、8、9个月的胎儿、足月新生儿和出生后3个月的婴儿鼻腔粘膜进行了多部位、序列性观察。这项研究至今在国内外均未见报道,作者根据观察结果提出了人鼻粘膜纤毛系统发生学理论的假说。观察结果发现:1、人鼻粘膜纤毛系统从胚胎五月开始发生,至出生后三个月基本发育完成,整个生长发育时间为八个月左右。2、人胚胎五月时,鼻腔前下方开始出现散在的纤毛细胞,并以相互融合的方式向鼻腔的后上方延展。纤毛细胞布满呼吸区粘膜表面的时间为6个月左右。3、人胚胎
The authors used scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy of nasal mucosa of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 months fetuses, full-term newborns and 3 months after birth for a multi-site, serial observation. This study has not been reported at home and abroad so far. According to the observation, the author put forward the hypothesis of human nasal mucociliary system genesis theory.
