目的 探讨宁夏中小学教师心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 63 1名中小学教师进行评定 ,同时与全国常模对照 ,小学教师与中学教师对照 ,回汉中小学教师对照。结果 宁夏中小学教师 SCL-90总分 ,总均分 ,阳性项目数和各因子分均比常模高。中学教师总分 ,总均分和各因子分均高于小学教师 ,除躯体化和精神病性因子外 ,其余均与小学教师比较无差异。回族中小学教师除焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子外 ,其余因子分均高于汉族中小学教师 ,回族中小学教师 SCL-90总分及 1 0个因子分与汉族中小学教师比较均无差异。中小学教师存在的主要心理问题是强迫、敌对、恐怖和偏执。结论 宁夏中小学教师存在心理健康问题 ,中学教师较小学教师严重 ,回汉中小学教师心理健康比较无差异。
Objective To explore the mental health status of primary and secondary school teachers in Ningxia. Methods A total of 63 1 primary and secondary school teachers were assessed by SCL-90. At the same time, they were compared with the national norm, primary school teachers and middle school teachers, and back to primary and secondary school teachers. Results Primary and secondary school teachers in Ningxia SCL-90 total score, total average, number of positive items and various factors were higher than the norm. Secondary school teachers’ total score, total average score and all factors were higher than primary school teachers, except for somatization and psychotic factors, the rest were no difference with primary school teachers. In addition to the anxiety, hostility, terror and psychotic factors, the rest of the teachers in the Hui nationality are higher than the SCL-90 total score and 10 factors in the primary and secondary school teachers of the Han nationality compared with the Han primary and secondary school teachers difference. Primary and secondary school teachers’ main psychological problems are coercion, hostility, terror and paranoia. Conclusion Primary and secondary school teachers in Ningxia have mental health problems. Secondary school teachers are more serious than primary school teachers, and there is no difference in mental health among teachers of primary and secondary schools in China.
