恶性肿瘤细胞具有激活凝血系统的能力,同时,恶性细胞也分泌大量纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物,其主要类型是尿激酶,能导致局部纤维溶解.病人血浆中纤维蛋白降解产物(以下简称D-dimer)的数量提供了肿瘤细胞导致凝血和纤维蛋白溶解系统激活的证据.在未行化疗的卵巢癌病人,已证明血浆D-dimer升高与肿瘤的大小和CA125水平是一致的.CA125和D-dimer的水平可表明残留肿瘤的大小和转移.本文对化疗的卵巢癌病人血浆中D-dimer和CA125水平的变化与临床结果间的关系进行研究分析.
