礼仪,既是文明社会交际活动的行为准则,又是待人处事,塑造个人与社会组织良好形象的重要手段。而今,随着现代社会人际交往的日渐频繁,人们对个人的礼仪的要求也更是重视。时下,社会上一大批礼仪学校、礼仪培训机构和专职礼仪教育者的出现正是这种社会潮流的最好体现。目前,从事礼仪教育工作本身这一行业的特殊性对礼仪教育工作者们提出了更高的要求:讲授礼仪的教师除了在礼仪知识和教学水平上要具备相应的素质外,还需要特有的气质。只有具备了这种气质,才能充分体现出专业特点并且给学生以直观生动的现场演示,真正达到言传身教的效果。具体说来,笔者认为作为一名公共礼仪教师应具有以下几方面的气质:一、得体的仪表风度仪表是指人的外表,风度是一个人
