利用X射线定量相分析和高温拉伸试验,探讨了合金元素对Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr系热作工具钢淬火基体组织和700℃高温拉伸性能的影响。实验结果表明,锰稳定奥氏体的作用比镍大。调整锰、镍和铬的加入量可以获得具有良好高温强度和塑性的奥氏体-马氏体双相热作工具钢。
X-ray quantitative phase analysis and high temperature tensile test were used to investigate the effect of alloying elements on the tensile properties of Fe-Mn-Ni-Cr hot work tool steel quenched at 700 ℃. Experimental results show that manganese stabilizes austenite more than nickel. Adjusting the additions of manganese, nickel and chromium gives austenitic-martensitic duplex hot work tool steels with good high temperature strength and ductility.
