目的:了解甘草不同的种植模式对土壤微生物的影响。方法:以甘草规模化种植基地为研究对象,检测和分析轮作、连作种植模式下,其土壤中微生物类群及数量变化。结果:不同种植模式对土壤微生物的数量影响差异显著,随着种植年限增加甘草土壤微生物明显降低,甘草与棉花、小麦轮作土壤微生物数量较连作地显著提高;各土壤总微生物数量变化均为细菌〉真菌〉放线菌;随着土层深度增加三大微生物数量呈逐渐降低趋势。结论:轮作能够提高甘草地土壤微生物数量,对改善土壤理化性质、提高土壤肥力具有重要意义。
Objective: To understand the effects of different planting modes of licorice on soil microorganisms. Methods: The large-scale cultivation base of licorice was taken as the research object to detect and analyze the change of microbial population and its quantity in the soil under crop rotation and continuous cropping patterns. Results: The number of soil microorganisms affected significantly with different planting patterns. With the increase of planting years, the amount of soil microorganisms in Glycyrrhiza uralensis decreased significantly. The quantity of soil microorganisms in licorice and cotton and wheat rotation increased significantly compared with those in continuous cropping. Fungi> actinomycetes. With the increase of soil depth, the number of three microbes decreased gradually. Conclusion: Rotation can increase the amount of soil microorganisms in licorice root, which is of great significance to improve soil physical and chemical properties and improve soil fertility.
