为探讨中成药乳康片对大鼠血浆雌二醇、孕酮和泌乳素含量的影响,采用外源性性激素复制乳腺增生动物模型,分别设置空白对照、药物对照、5倍、10倍、20倍治疗剂量乳康片组和TAM组。实验30天后果外周血放免法检测E2、P和PRL。结果显示:10倍乳康片组血浆E2值低于药物对照组和TAM组(P<0.01,P<0.01)。10倍和20倍乳康片组E_2值明显低于5倍组(P<0.01,P<0.01).前两组间无显著差异。结果还显示乳康片存在对孕酮的影响。结论:乳康片有降低血浆E_2的作用,且在作用过程中存在饱和现象。同时对孕酮有降低作用。10倍乳康片为本实验最佳剂量。
