本文介绍一种用于均匀介质在线测量的覆(塑胶)膜的终端开路同轴线传感器及其工作原理。这种传感器除了在定标时须用三种标准液体之外,其测量系统与测量过程和用标准终端开路同轴线传感器时没有什么区别。当塑胶膜的厚度小于0.24mm时,在0.6至2.6GHz频率范围内覆膜与非覆膜两种情况的测量结果完全一致。新的传感器能防止测量液体引起的化学反应,并能与待测固体保持良好的软接触。
This article describes a coaxial (open ended) coaxial sensor for overlay (plastic) film for on-line measurement of homogeneous media and how it works. In addition to the calibration of this sensor to be used when the three standard liquids, the measurement system and the measurement process and the use of standard open-ended coaxial sensor is no different. When the thickness of the plastic film is less than 0.24mm, the measurement results of the two cases of coating and non-coating are exactly the same in the frequency range of 0.6 to 2.6GHz. The new sensor prevents the measurement of liquid-induced chemical reactions and maintains good soft contact with the solids to be measured.
