中国医学科学院阜外心血管病医院中德分子医学研究室周宪梁等,为研究N~5,N~(10)—亚甲四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性及血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与脑卒中的关系,采用多聚酶链反应一限制性内切酶片段长度多态性技术(PCR—RFLP),对80例脑卒中及110名正常人MTHFR基因多态性进行了检测,并用高效液相色谱仪和荧光检测仪测定了他们血浆总Hcy水平。
In order to study the polymorphisms of N ~ 5, N ~ (10) - methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene and plasma homocysteine in Chinese and German molecular medicine laboratory of Fu Wai Hospital of Cardiovascular Diseases, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, (Hcy) level and stroke were detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), 80 cases of stroke and 110 normal MTHFR gene polymorphism The levels of total Hcy in plasma were measured by HPLC and fluorescence detector.
