微机控制通用式机车信号是由北方交通大学运输自动化科学技术研究所研制、获国家实用新型专利的产品.微机控制通用式机车信号适用于移频、极频、交流计数等不同制式区段,能自动识别各种不同制式并可自动转换,具有一机通用的性能,属国内首创,该机采用现有的机车感应器和信号灯机构,并与目前自动停车设备完全兼容.微机控制通用式机车信号设备采用先进的微机技术,在硬件电路和软件设计中采用了多重“故障—安全”措施,满足铁路信号“故障—安全”的原则.该机经铁道部产品质量监督检测中心牵引电气设备检验站按 TB1394-81的型式检测,质量指标完全达到标准.
