关于IT与时尚“变化快”是服装企业的共性。因为他们经营的就是时尚。如果说一个新产品的生命是3个月的话,一个月是其生命真正意义——热卖和挣钱,之前的一个月是铺垫,之后的一个月就是尾声了。其余的时间它就只能成为“库存”——期待来年的“转运”。因而,对市场信息的反应速度就在很大程度上决定了企业的竞争能力。于是不禁要问,怎么用信息技术帮助经营时尚呢?时尚经营的着手点在什么地方呢? 尽管没有标准答案,但是,在采访中,我们发现不少服装企业最先注重的是对其各地分公司以及专卖店的信息集中管理,甚至细致到要知道每天在各个专卖店各类产品的销售情况。随着信息回馈量的不断增加,企业们进而学会了根据一手信息做相应的策略变化。譬如说,蓝色的立领T恤在北方销售的不好,但黑色卖得好……这样看似简单的信息却帮助了企业如何定位市场、抓住商机。信息的传递以前是企业最头疼的问题,尤其服装企业,零售点遍布全国各地,而不同区域存在浓厚的时尚特征,信息技术恰恰满足了这方面的需求。另一方面,这些企业在产品设计方面的信息化投入同样重要的,只有很好地控制了产品的设计周期,才能从最源头推动企业成为时尚的引领者。冷冰冰的IT和热辣辣的时尚一定要结合在一起。

This seemingly simple information has helped companies to position the market and seize business opportunities. The transmission of information was previously the most troublesome issue for the company. In particular, garment companies have retail outlets all over the country, and there are strong fashion characteristics in different regions. Information technology exactly meets this demand. On the other hand, the input of these enterprises in information design for product design is equally important. Only by properly controlling the product design cycle, can the company be promoted from the most source to be a leader in fashion. Cold IT and hot fashion must be combined.
