SSP-1000型输送机采用尼龙芯胶带的断带事故分析

南屯煤矿在SSP—1000型胶带输送机上采用了HSQ型尼龙芯塑料胶带。经计算,最大张力大致等于容许值,应该不会发生断带事故。但自1983年以来的368天内断带达17次之多,平均21.6天断带一次。为了找出断带原因以利于今后的改进,曾请山东矿院运输机械研究室和力学实验室对胶带性能作了测定。测定证明不是胶带规格上的问题。那么,除维护操作上可能存在问题之外,很可能在机械结构上和技术措施上存在问题,必须对事故原因作出分析和提出改进措施,以保证不再发生频繁断带事故。 Nantun Coal Mine in the SSP-1000 type belt conveyor HSQ-type nylon core plastic tape.
