该油田陆上终端处理厂4座5000m3沉降罐、2座20000m3事故罐、6座50000m3原油储罐。罐底板外壁采用强制电流阴极保护,每个储罐采用独立一套阴极保护系统。其中4座5000m3沉降罐阴极保护系统的设备运行参数、保护电位等通过智能监测系统传输到阴极保护间监测中心。原油登陆管线采用锌合金牺牲阳极阴极保护,保护范围为从登陆点绝缘接头到陆上终端处理厂的绝缘接头。本文主要介绍对了处理厂阴极保护系统失效分析的过程和结论,以及据此提出的控制方案。
The oil land terminal processing plant 4 5000m3 settlement tank, two 20000m3 accident tank, six 50000m3 crude oil tank. The bottom wall of the tank adopts forced current cathodic protection, and each tank adopts an independent set of cathodic protection system. Including four 5000m3 settlement tank cathodic protection system equipment operating parameters, protection potential through the intelligent monitoring system transmission to the cathodic protection monitoring center. Crude oil landing pipeline using zinc alloy sacrificial anode cathodic protection, the protection range from the landing point insulation connector to the terminal processing plant on the ground insulation. This article mainly introduces the process and the conclusion of the failure analysis of the cathodic protection system in the treatment plant and the control scheme put forward accordingly.
