灭吐灵（甲氧氛普胺）是儿科常用药物．用于止吐．近四年来我们发现由灭吐灵所引起的锥体外系症状15例，现报告如下．1临床资料男10例，女5例，年龄：7个月～3岁．其中7个月～1岁8例；～2岁5例；～3岁2例．灭吐灵用量1～10mg小等．用药后出现症状时间10～40min．用药后临床表现
