针对实际工程中的螺旋钢结构楼梯,采用ANSYS进行了简化及整体建模分析,发现螺旋钢结构楼梯的弧梁受力与普通的简化假定有所不同,建议螺旋钢结构楼梯中应考虑踏步板的作用进行整体建模计算。采用3种工况模式对楼梯的舒适度进行了分析,通过考察结构的加速度时程曲线,对结构截面进行了调整。认为螺旋钢结构楼梯截面普遍由舒适度控制,应力比及位移均不大,建议采用Q235B钢进行设计。
Aiming at the spiral staircase in the actual project, the simplified and overall modeling analysis of the spiral staircase using the ANSYS software is made. Three kinds of working modes are used to analyze the comfort of the stairs. The structural cross-section is adjusted by examining the acceleration curve of the structure. It is considered that the spiral staircase cross-section is generally controlled by comfort, stress ratio and displacement are not large, it is recommended to use Q235B steel design.
