人社系统行风建设三年专项行动开展以来,北京市人社局坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,深入践行以人民为中心的发展思想,认真贯彻落实党中央、国务院“放管服”改革和优化营商环境工作部署,按照北京市委深化“接诉即办”改革工作要求,创新开展“局处长走流程”专项活动,以政策“懂不懂”、流程“通不通”、体验“好不好”为标尺,从企业群众视角深入查找工作中的堵点、痛点,以实打实、心贴心的服务,着力打通政策落地“最后一公里”、优化政策制定“最初一公里”,以首善标准打造群众满意的首都人社服务品牌.
