采用对碳氢混合物两相区状态计算精度高的CSD方程 ,对LPG强制气化的压力与气化温度进行了计算 ,结果可作为LPG气化器设计和运行管理的依据。并指出降低气化压力可防止带液和过液 ,并能节省运行能耗。
Using the CSD equation with high computational precision of the two-phase region of hydrocarbon mixture, the pressure and gasification temperature of forced gasification of LPG are calculated. The results can be used as the basis for the design and operation management of LPG gasifier. And pointed out that reducing the gasification pressure to prevent liquid and over liquid, and can save energy consumption.
