为了提高福建省高中英语学科高级教师远程研修质量,本研究采用了网络问卷调查和访谈的方法,对近三年参训学员进行课程设置、远程研修团队、“在线交互”、培训模式以及研修平台的满意度调查,发现存在远程研修目标未突出重点,研修团队尚未协调好理论与实践的指导功能,优质学习资源使用不够等问题,提出构建远程研修立体化的教学资源库,明确研修主题,师生合作促使研修模式多样化,组建专业化研修团队,落实培训环节的精细化管理,以及采取多样化的方式来评定学员的学习成绩等改进建议。
