提升课堂的教学质量和效益是所有教师的不懈追求。以课堂观察为手段,以数学课堂教学中存在的主要问题为对象,构建教师讨论交流和研究的平台,可以发挥教研活动的过程管理功能和教学导向功能,使教师在主题研究中形成一定的教学共识,并通过内化转变为教学行为,从而提升课堂教学的质量和效益。怎样实施课堂观察才能有效地促进教师广泛而有深度地参与教学研讨呢?四川省成都市青羊区小学数学教研组成立“利用课堂观察技术,提升校本教研质量和效益的行动研究”课题组,组织全区24所小学参与专题的研究。本稿呈现的是他们在成都飞机公司子弟小学进行的一次现场研究活动。

Chengdu Qingyang District Primary School Mathematics Teaching and Research Group has set up the “Action Research on Using Classroom Observation Technique to Improve the Quality and Efficiency of School-based Teaching and Research” Organize 24 primary schools in the region to participate in the study of the topic. This manuscript presents a field study conducted by them at the Chengdu Aircraft Corporation’s children elementary school.
